Highlights of the Indian Bike Week 2019

So, guys, did you have the opportunity to be at the 6th edition of Indian Bike Week that covered 21,000 riders along with family and friends?

Well, if not, here we are with the highlights of one of the largest motorcycle festivals in Asia conducted on 6th & 7th December 2019, in Vagator, Goa.

The festival was a big launch for some new motorcycles, and it took everyone by a complete surprise. Apart from bike shows, IBW had a few other enthusiastic programs like the FMX show, hill-climb challenge, music from Pineapple Express, and Ritviz and a few stalls selling motorbike apparels and bike parts.

Now, let’s move on to have a look at the top motorbikes showcased at the Indian Bike Week 2019.

Husqvarna Svartpilen 250:

The Svartpilen 250 from Husqvarna made its entry in the Indian market in IBW’19. A lightweight with a punchy engine and a brisk acceleration is the Svartpilen 250. The motorcycle has retro styling with two-round mirrors and round-shaped LED headlights. It has a flat split-seat with a short tail that has an LED tail lamp along with a turn indicator.

Husqvarna Vitpilen 250:

The Vitpilen 250 is a sturdy, lightweight bike from Husqvarna. It offers an impressive riding position with feather-light inputs and helmet-hidden smiles. The bike has a sporty-look with minimal bodywork with a round headlamp.

KTM 390 Adventure:

We also saw a glance of KTM 390 Adventure in IBW. It was also seen in ECIMA and unofficially booking for this off-road bike in India. The motorbike is light-weight, wrapped in a trellis frame with a few similarities like its sibling KTM 390 Duke.

Triumph Rocket 3 R:

One of the sexiest looking bikes displayed in IBW was Triumph Rocket 3 R. The cruiser motorbike is 291 Kg, which is 40 Kg lighter than its earlier version. The muscular presence of the bike gives it a magnificent style.

KTM 790 Adventure:

The all-new KTM 790 Adventure revealed in IBW festival has similar specification as of KTM Duke 790. This R-series motorbike is a hardcore adventure bike. It is lightweight yet compact, giving you a smooth and reliable engine.

Mantis Electric:

The first product from Orxa Energies revealed at IBW has an exclusive performance review. The Bengaluru based automobile company worked on a concept of electric features. This unique vehicle is beautifully designed with breath-taking engineering.

We only have a few details of this distinctive motorcycle since the company did not reveal all the specifications.

Apart from motorbike shows, there were other popular activities during the Indian Bike Week 2019, like music, dance, the Harley Davidson Flat Track, and KTM stunt show, to name a few. People visiting with their family and friends took the opportunity and participated in these shows during the festival.

All in all, IBW kept its promise to be one of the most entertaining motorbike festivals for the Indian motorbike community.
